The following list is a guide to the qualities we are looking for. We would encourage entries from all medium to large businesses which can demonstrate some or all of the following. This list is not exhaustive or prescriptive and as such entrants should not feel limited to these examples.
Strong leadership where continuous improvement is at the heart of the culture and philosophy of the company
High customer satisfaction where customers’ needs are anticipated and drive the company’s competitive edge
Strong financial results which reflect a profitable company and good prospects for future growth
High staff morale where staff are encouraged to meet their full potential
Good systems and processes which are continuously monitored to further improve operations and enhance innovation
Medium to large businesses, or those that have experienced significant growth, headquartered or have a major operating base in Devon or Cornwall.
